The “Other Box” can be thought of as sort of a little brother to “The Box”. While “The Box” has its root note on the 6th string, the “Other Box” has its root on the 5th string. Tons of cool licks can be generated from this position. It serves as a secondary home base when navigating away from “The Box” during your fretboard explorations.
